Users can at any time access and edit, update or delete their contact details by logging in with their username and password to our travel platform; or, by emailing customer support at with requested changes. Users may create more Users with different privilege levels within their account. It is the responsibility of the User that creates other User accounts to choose the level of access each User should have. Once these new Users log into our technology, they meet the definition of User in this policy. We will not retain User data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.

2.3.3. Geographical location

We store all User Data other than credit card data in our local database located in the United States of America. Credit card encrypted data is stored in a third party encrypted vault located in the United States of America in full compliance with PCI DSS regulations. As a processor of travel reservations, we store User data from individuals located throughout the United States. For Users with accounts located in our database with an address outside of the United States of America, all personal data is processed in compliance with the standards and regulations specific to their country or region. For Users with a European address located in our User database, all processing of personal data is performed in accordance with privacy rights and regulations following the EU Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 (the Directive), and the implementations of the Directive in local legislation.
